Our services are addressed exclusively to businesses, self-employed professionals and public bodies (B2B). We do not conclude contracts with consumers within the meaning of Article 2(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Consumer-specific rights (in particular the right of withdrawal) therefore do not apply.

KONZEPT SERVICES SUARL is a fully exporting, non-resident company under Tunisian law and is neither established nor VAT-registered in the European Union. Invoices are therefore issued without Tunisian or European VAT. For business customers in the EU, the reverse charge mechanism applies (place of supply pursuant to Article 44 and tax liability of the recipient pursuant to Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC); the recipient must account for VAT in its own Member State. As a provider established outside the EU we are not subject to the national implementations of Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC (e-commerce). We nevertheless provide the above information voluntarily and in full. Customers and authorities in the EU can reach us at hello@konzeptservices.com. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all contracts are governed by Tunisian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and conflict-of-law rules. Place of jurisdiction is Tunis, Tunisia. Mandatory provisions of the customer’s country that cannot be derogated from by agreement remain unaffected. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body; the European ODR platform is not available for B2B relationships.

Contract languages are German, French and English. The contract text is stored by us and provided to the customer in text form (email).
