Going live in 14 days is not a slogan, it is a tightly scheduled process. Here you can see day by day what we do, what you contribute and when your team becomes productive.
The process, day by day
From the first kickoff to the first real customer task, 14 business days pass. Every phase has a clear goal and a clear outcome.
Day 1
Requirements
In the kickoff we clarify roles, languages, channels, tools and target metrics. The outcome is a written requirements brief that both sides sign off. From that point there are no open questions about the profile.
Days 2 to 5
Team selection
We select from our pre-screened candidate pool and present the finalists to you. You see CVs, language samples and test results before you approve. In parallel we prepare workstations, access rights and VPN.
Days 6 to 10
Training
The team learns your products, systems, tone of voice and escalation paths. We train on real cases from your daily business, not textbook examples. A handbook documents every rule so replacements are productive immediately.
Days 11 to 13
Testing
The team works in shadow mode: real tasks, reviewed results, your feedback flows in daily. We measure quality, speed and language confidence and adjust as needed. We only move on once the agreed targets are met.
Day 14
Go-live
Your team takes over live operations under your brand and holds your SLAs. From day one the team lead reports on metrics and open points. After that we scale at the agreed pace.
Why 14 days is achievable
The phases overlap: while the last candidates are being assessed, workstations and access are already ready. While training continues, first shadow-mode tests are running. Because our pool of pre-screened candidates sits in Tunis and Tunis shares the Central European time zone, no day is lost to waiting.
What we need from you
A 60 to 90 minute kickoff
On day 1 we align goals, roles and languages together. One decision-maker on your side is enough.
Access and documentation
From day 2 we get access to your tools and existing documents. If something is missing we source it ourselves and add it to the handbook.
Short feedback during training
Between day 6 and day 13 you review results daily in a few minutes. Your feedback goes in before go-live.
